Milli Vanilli Sued: The lip-syncing members of Milli Vanilli were sued for consumer fraud Wednesday in a lawsuit filed by an Ohio radio station that sponsored one of their concerts this spring. Toledo-area radio station WRQN’s suit asks the Lucas County Common Pleas Court to award $200 damages for each person who attended the performance and $500,000 in punitive damages. In addition to duo members Rob Pilatus and Fab Morvan, the suit also named as defendants the duo’s producer, Frank Farian and their label, Arista Records.
