George (Ice) Jackson, a 6-4 forward with the Calgary 88’s of the World Basketball League, has reversed the trend of Eastern Europeans joining American professional basketball leagues by signing for the 1990-91 season with Estonia’s Kalev Tallinn of the Soviet National Basketball League.
