“Vermont’s Coziest Holiday Inns” (Nov. 4) overlooked probably one of the best restaurants in the area: Millbrook Lodge in Waitsfield, Vt. My husband and I so enjoyed our first meal in this delightful establishment that we went back again the following evening and ate there a third time just before we left the area.
