Lewis Galoob Toys Pulls TV Ads: The South San Francisco-based firm toy manufacturer and the Federal Trade Commission announced a consent agreement under which Galoob agreed to pull three television commercials that the FTC had contended were deceptive. The company admitted no guilt. In fact, it still maintains that the ads were not deceptive, said Steven Klein, Galoob’s general counsel and vice president. No consumers have complained, he added.
