A spark from a fireplace ignited the shingle roof of a four-unit condominium building Sunday and burned through much of the attic before it was contained, authorities said.
The fire, in the 5900 block of Caminito Deporte, caused $100,000 in damage to the structure and its contents, according to Fire Department dispatcher Barbara Delgadillo. No injuries were reported.
