A joint Moorpark City Council and Planning Commission workshop on future development in the city has been rescheduled for Jan. 14.
The workshop, one in a series of meetings on the city’s General Plan update, was originally scheduled for today. Councilman John Wozniak said the meeting date was changed to allow new commission appointees Michael Wesner and John Torres more time to study all of the planning material that would be included in the discussions.
The workshop, which will also include discussion on transportation issues, is now scheduled for Monday, Jan. 14, in the Community Center. The public is invited to attend.
A General Plan serves as the blueprint for all future development in a city. The plan also addresses transportation improvements that may be required by future development.
