Tracor Closing Santa Ana Division: Because of falling military sales, Tracor Holdings Inc., a military aerospace firm based in Austin, Tex., will close its Tracor Flight Systems Inc. division in Santa Ana and move its operations to other parts of the country. The move will result in layoffs of 50 to 60 workers in early 1991, said Marian Kelley, spokeswoman for the company. In addition, about 40 administrative employees will be transferred to Austin and to other locations.
