Referral Directory Created for Graffiti Removal

The Los Angeles Juvenile Court, Probation Department, Police Department, Councilman Michael Woo and Operation Clean Sweep have joined forces to create the Graffiti Resource Removal Referral Program directory as a means of combatting graffiti.
The referral directory will list numerous graffiti-removal programs in communities throughout Los Angeles County. The directory will enable Juvenile Court judges and commissioners to refer minors to specific programs when graffiti removal is ordered as one of the terms and conditions of probation.
