WOMEN’S COLLEGE BASKETBALL ROUNDUP

In the Golden State Athletic Conference:

Christ College Irvine 64, Fresno Pacific 55--Christ College Irvine (13-4, 3-2) defeated Fresno Pacific for the first time. Stacy Kirch scored 24 points, including seven of 10 three-point attempts, Lauren Rich scored 10 points and grabbed nine rebounds and Genevieve Graff scored 10 points and grabbed five rebounds for host Christ College Irvine.

In nonconference women’s basketball:

UC San Diego 56, Southern California College 38--Trailing, 25-19, at halftime, host SCC cut San Diego’s lead to 33-31 with 10:17 left in the second half. Then San Diego put it away with a 9-0 run.
