A Date With Tony: “The Year of the Musical Actor” will be the theme of the 45th annual Tony Awards June 2 in New York City. CBS will again televise the awards, which honor top work on Broadway. Emmy and Tony Award-winning producer Joseph Cates will return for his second year as executive producer. Nominations will be announced May 6.
