General Dynamics Corp. has appointed David L. McPherson corporate vice president and general manager of its Rancho Cucamonga-based Air Defense Systems Division, succeeding Michael C. Keel, who was named corporate executive vice president for missiles and electronics. McPherson was previously division vice president for program development and advanced engineering.
