FULLERTON : Roof Fire Damage Put Near $100,000

A roof fire of unknown origin caused about $100,000 damage to a two-story condominium in the 2200 block of East Vista del Sol on Sunday, authorities said.
Although a family was at home in the condominium when the fire broke out shortly after 1 p.m., there were no injuries, said fire dispatcher Jonathan Wilkes. The cause of the fire, which was contained in 22 minutes, is under investigation.
Damage was limited primarily to the roof and attic area, although there was some smoke and water damage to the living quarters, Wilkes said.
