TWO UP FRONT: Local ticket brokers say they’re worried about pending legislation barring them from reselling tickets without written permission from an event sponsor (F1). A Huntington Beach ticket agent says the bill “would put every ticket broker in California out of business” if it passes. . . . He notes that there have been previous attempts to crack down on ticket brokers but says this one--supported by San Francisco rock promoter Bill Graham--is more threatening.
