STUDY TRIP: Two dozen foreign visitors today end a State Department-sponsored visit to Orange County to study how capitalism works. From Bahrain, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Poland and 16 other nations, the tourists spent six days learning about marketing computers and raising venture capital. . . . They also got a none-too-subtle warning: Don’t steal. A lawyer presented a case study on a computer firm’s crackdown on a business that was counterfeiting the machines.
