Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of air pollution control equipment posted first-quarter net income of $899,000, contrasted with net income of $2 million for the 1990 first quarter. Revenue increased 49% to $15.8 million from $10.6 million. The company said sales and earnings were affected by a postponement in orders caused by delays relating to passage of federal clean air legislation.
