Leftist Colombian rebels agreed to meet government officials in a remote jungle town to begin informal peace talks aimed at ending 30 years of guerrilla warfare. The Simon Bolivar guerrilla group said it has accepted a government offer and will send three negotiators to Cravo Norte.
