Judge Ponders Financial News Network’s Fate: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Francis Conrad told the two competing bidders for the ailing cable network that he will not select a winner until at least today. The two bidders are General Electric Co.’s NBC unit and a partnership of Dow Jones and Westinghouse.
