Missile Parts Maker Edler Industries Acquired: Reinhold Industries Inc., a Santa Fe Springs aerospace company, said it will acquire Edler Industries, a Newport Beach missile components manufacturer. Reinhold plans to shut down Edler Industries’ operation in Newport Beach within several months and transfer its employees and equipment to Santa Fe Springs, said Vern Edler Jr., president of Edler Industries. He said he did not know how many of Edler’s 45 employees would be offered jobs by Reinhold. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
