Man Shot to Death in Parking Lot of Restaurant in Westminster

WESTMINSTER — A 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the parking lot of a restaurant here early Wednesday morning, police said.
Officers, responding to reports of gunshots, found the victim in front of the Thanh Hai Restaurant, 9633 Bolsa Ave., shortly after 1:30 a.m., Police Lt. Mike Schliskey said.
The victim was taken to Humana Hospital-Westminster, where he was pronounced dead, police said. His name is being withheld pending notification of family.
Investigators know of no motive for the shooting and have made no arrests, Schliskey said.
