Giving Naysayers a Dose of Their Own Medicine

Strike The Gold’s victory in the Kentucky Derby was convincing and well deserved. It is, however, disturbing to see the jackals dancing in the streets over the fact that the Dosage theory’s 62-year winning streak in predicting the Derby victor was broken. Their attitude should be regarded as highly as a wino who may have stood on a street corner in Cleveland calling Joe DiMaggio a bum when his 56-game hitting streak came to an end.
