* Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. said its chief operating officer, Fred G. Dohrmann, was named to the additional post of president. Dohrmann, 59, has been chief operating officer since June, 1990. The position of president has been vacant for months. John K. Hanson remains chairman and chief executive.
