SANTA ANA : Victim of Shooting Identified by Police

Police have identified a 27-year-old man who was fatally shot outside an apartment complex Monday afternoon as Juan Martin Ceballos of Anaheim.
Ceballos died of multiple wounds to the chest at UCI Medical Center in Orange an hour after the 2:05 p.m. shooting at 100 N. Bristol St., police spokeswoman Maureen Haacker said.
“It was not a gang-related shooting, but we don’t have a motive and no one is in custody,” Haacker said.
Ceballos’ identity had been withheld pending notification of relatives.
