Former University of Cincinnati basketball player Louis Banks was found not guilty of two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Judge William S. Mathews of the Hamilton County Commons Pleas court in Cincinnati delivered his verdict in the nonjury trial after four days of testimony. Mathews said prosecutors failed to prove that Banks raped two women and sexually assaulted a third.
