Your Staff Gets Clients of San Bernardino Firm

Your Staff Inc., a Woodland Hills employment services firm, said it has acquired the clients of Staffing Services Inc. of San Bernardino and its affiliate companies, Affiliated Staffing and Aegis Group.
The acquisition adds 1,500 employees to the firm’s staff, for a total of 4,500 employees serving 400 clients. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For a fee equal to between 2% and 5% of gross wages, Your Staff assumes the payroll, benefits and personnel administration functions of small employers, said the company’s executive vice president, Marc E. Stein. The firm expects revenues to exceed $100 million in 1992.
