Guns N’ Roses

I thank Robert Hilburn eternally for having always presented the members of Guns N’ Roses as the intelligent and talented musicians that they are (“Run N’ Gun,” July 21).
Their music is sincere, and it reflects a mirror of the world that people are petrified to even glance at. Too often this band is misinterpreted and misunderstood. They are only being themselves and expressing their honest feelings. Unfortunately, that is all it takes nowadays to become controversial.
Thank you for delving deeper to show the public that Guns N’ Roses is not the nauseating generic drug-and-tattoo band that everyone overlooks it to be.
