New Officers: Meanwhile, at troubled Mission Viejo National Bank, Jo Anne Kruse has taken over as president and chief executive, and Ron Cordes has been elected chairman of the board. They replace William T. Brady, who was recently forced out of those positions by banking regulators. Cordes is a commercial airline pilot and one of the founding directors of the bank, which opened for business in 1981.
