Kodak to Sell Software Unit to Sun: Eastman Kodak Co. will sell a software subsidiary to a division of Sun Microsystems Inc. Mountain View, Calif.-based SunSoft will acquire the Systems Products division of Kodak, which is based in Rochester, N.Y. The division develops and markets packaged software for computers. Kodak said the division will help Sun rewrite its operating system for Intel PCs. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
