LAKE TORO? When asked last March to vote on the name for Orange County’s 31st city, residents chose “Lake Forest” over “El Toro.” But apparently, not everyone got the word. The new, 1992 Rand-McNally maps call it “El Toro.” The Thomas Bros. people found a way out. Their 1992 maps set the right city boundaries, but leave on both names. . . . “We’re covered,” chuckled Thomas Bros. spokesman Tom Classon.
