The Unified Medical Quality Commission, a nonprofit foundation formed earlier this year in Seal Beach to promote high-quality health care, has elected three members to its board of directors. They are: Roger Greaves, president, chief executive and chairman of Health Net in Woodland Hills; Terry Hartshorn, president and chief executive of PacifiCare Health Systems in Cypress, and Peter Rank, managing partner of law firm Konowiecki & Rank in Los Angeles.
