Ten people were arrested Wednesday after the recovery of more than $500,000 worth of stolen property at a warehouse east of downtown Los Angeles, the Sheriff’s Department reported.
The items, including electronic equipment, clothing, cash registers, sports bags and picture frames, were found in two tractor-trailers at 4830 Valley Blvd., deputies said.
The property was seized after a weeklong investigation by members of the Cargo Career Apprehension Team, made up of sheriff’s deputies and representatives from the Los Angeles Police Department, the FBI, the California Highway Patrol and Port of Los Angeles police, said sheriff’s spokesman Noel Lanier.
