SIDELINE WINNER? Will GOP feuding give Assemblyman Tom Umberg an easy reelection next year? He’s the only Democrat among county legislators. . . . But Buck Johns, a top GOP contributor, worries that money needed to beat Umberg might be soaked up by the big showdown shaping up between Congressmen Robert Dornan and Dana Rohrabacher (A1). “We should be working (instead) on picking up Umberg’s seat,” Johns says.
