As I watched Jim Everett self-destruct this year, I had the feeling that the loss of his nanny, Dick Coury, was the reason. And where was Coury? Back in New England, nursing Ram castoff Hugh Millen to pre-’91 Everett-like performances. Then Sunday I listened as Everett complained that the Rams were not providing him with a quarterback coach. Interesting.
