Edward M. Young has been named president, chief executive and chief financial officer of American Cytogenetics Inc., succeeding Mary L. Back, who had been president since June, 1990.
The change was disclosed in a federal Securities and Exchange Commission filing by American Cytogenetics, a North Hollywood-based company that provides cancer-screening services.
