WESTMINSTER : City Information Line Established
- Share via
A new service offered by City Hall will allow residents to get recorded information by phone about upcoming council meetings, elections and voter registration.
Among other services, each Friday afternoon after 4 p.m., callers can get updated information on the major issues to be considered at upcoming council meetings. The council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
Because agendas are usually lengthy, the phone services will only highlight public hearings, commission and committee items and special presentations, City Clerk Mary Lou Morey said, but callers can get more information from city employees.
The city government number is (714) 898-3311. Press 2 for City Hall, then 2 again for the City Clerk to reach the menu for recorded information. For further information, call the city government number, followed by extension 211.
