Elvis Gets Out the Vote

WASHINGTON — More than 300,000 Americans mailed in ballots in the first week of voting on the Elvis Presley stamp to be issued next year. Cards and letters must be postmarked by April 24 to be counted in deciding whether the stamp depicts the young Elvis or an older image.
