The Man for the Job: The American Film Institute has found what its chairman terms “the perfect choice” to head its Second Decade Council: Paramount Pictures Chairman Brandon Tartikoff. In announcing the selection, AFI board chairman Gene F. Jankowski cited Tartikoff’s experience in television and film, his interest in training young filmmakers and his commitment to the community.
