Harris Improves: The condition of KTTV Channel 11 anchor Chris Harris, 51, who suffered a heart attack last week during a newscast, has been upgraded from critical to serious. Friends said Thursday that he is in good spirits and feeling much better. He is scheduled to undergo triple-bypass surgery in the next two weeks. Barbara Schroeder has been substituting for him.
