* Lynn McCluggage has been promoted to vice president of marketing and promotions of Barry Kemp’s Bungalow 78 Productions at Universal Television, Universal City.

McCluggage, who joined Bungalow 78 in 1988, was most recently director of special projects for the company. In her new post, she will be involved in all aspects of Bungalow 78’s marketing, publicity and merchandising activities. She will report directly to Barry Kemp and newly appointed company President Brad Johnson.
