Dorsey quarterback Sultan Ali hooked up with receiver Antonio Carrion for two touchdown passes of 17 and 23 yards.
Washington quarterback R.B. Bonner threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Jim McElroy with 2:31 left in the game, but the Generals fumbled a punt return with one minute left, ending any hopes of a comeback.
