The reason Dershowitz and Fried were able to agree on anything is that they both feed at the same trough. They perpetuate the rape and gelding of the taxpayer through this bipolar sellout to the lobbyists. If everyone voted “as if the outcome depended on his or her vote alone,” their other arguments would be moot.
