AUDIO POLITICS: Visually impaired voters are getting a little extra help this year from the secretary of state’s office: Audiocassettes for them have been sent to Orange County libraries with information on Propositions 155 through 167. . . . Diana Burkhardt, a blind staff member at the Braille Institute in Anaheim, says: “The tapes are a big help. These propositions are hard to understand even if you can see.”
