A Rush on Seating: Customers at a restaurant in Topeka, Kan., are not only asked if they want smoking or non-smoking seating but also “Limbaugh or non-Limbaugh?” The restaurant began piping the syndicated radio show of conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh into one room several weeks ago, and it draws a steady handful of Limbaugh fans.
