Raisins are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, iron and potassium, but you can only eat so many of them straight out of the box. And Sun-Maid Raisin people know that. So, in celebration of its 80th anniversary, the company has published a book of raisin recipes. The 80-page color cookbook contains old classics--hermits, rice pudding, raisin-carrot salad--as well as raisin biscotti and other new favorites. What the book does not contain, however, is dancing raisins.
