Unruly Suspects

You report on Nov. 25 that our esteemed Los Angeles Police Commission has come up with the solution of how to take unruly suspects into custody without serious injuries--outfitting the entire force with an irritant spray made with an ingredient in taco sauce.
How long do you think it will be before a fleeing felon leads our police on a high-speed chase, endangering innocent motorists, then resists arrest when caught and is videotaped getting doused with the innovative “taco sauce spray,” which becomes proof of police brutality because the officers didn’t offer him chips along with the spray?
