Housing Clearing House Names Leader

Douglas J. Bystry has been appointed executive director of the Orange County Affordable Housing Clearing House, a lenders’ consortium in Irvine.
Bystry, leader of the nonprofit Santa Ana Neighborhood Housing Service and a former La Habra city councilman, succeeds Debbie Aguirre.
