COMING IN CALENDAR: The faces and issues that figure to shape the Orange County arts scene in 1993 will be examined all next week. On Monday, leaders of top arts groups outline challenges in the year ahead, followed Tuesday by a look at O.C. theater. Wednesday will preview O.C. music and dance, Thursday the pop music scene and Friday will conclude with a look at the county’s visual art scene.
