WAVE MAN: If anyone can get an anti-drug message across to kids, top surfer Richie Collins just may be the man. . . . Collins, 23, will speak against drug use at a free public event at 2 p.m. today at the Fluor-Daniels Business Park in Michelson Drive in Irvine. “Kids need to know that professional surfers do not believe that using drugs is cool,” says the Newport Beach wave rider.
