Palm Springs Fest Sets Sales, Attendance Records

The fourth annual Palm Springs International Film Festival set box-office and attendance records, its organizers have announced.

Ticket sales topped $165,688, up 41% from last year’s $117,360. Attendance was estimated at 39,760, a jump of 34% over last year. The 10-day event showcased 90 international films.
