Leon C. Swails has been appointed chief executive of Bramalea California Inc., the Newport Beach-based U.S. home-building division of Bramalea Ltd. in Canada. Swails will remain as president of Marlborough Development Corp., a subsidiary of Bramalea California. Before joining Marlborough, he was president of Richmond Homes’ western region.
