Joan Earhart has been appointed first vice president of the executive board of directors for the Santa Ana Economic Development Corp. She will also serve as chairman of the corporation’s loan approval committee. Earhart was previously second vice president of the corporation, which, in addition to processing Small Business Administration loans for Orange County businesses, oversees rebates for improving property, affordable housing programs and business retention efforts for the city of Santa Ana. Earhart is vice president and manager of the SBA loan department for Orange National Bank.
